This type of devices is made for obtaining picture by means of laser engraving/ marking. The construction is based on conception of handle positioning ( setting) of the processing head on the oversize wares. The device is produced …..( вформ-факторе?),that provide high capacity of the table and structural strength.
The device is placed into working zone joint to set 220V and joint to computer with fixed software. The device is supplied (fitted up) with electrical elevator (lift) of 250 stroke. The elevator is made on the base of asynchronous motor .Vertical stroke is stabilized (protected) from vibration by means of linear bearings and rail way with carriage. The device has the system of handle positioning of the processing head (SHP), that allows to apply different types of lettering to large and heavy wares. There are also another modification of such device with outrigger positioning system (SHP) for marking heavy wares transporting by trolleys. Focusing on the working surface is realized (effected) through the manual positioning mode by pushing electric buttons and terminal sensor.
The device is completed with protective screen with IR filter. It can be supplied with protective glasses if it is necessary.
